Returns & Refunds - Wonder Potion
Effective 1 June 2026


What can be returned (within 14 days of delivery)

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered (Let us know, we will usually just send you the right item again)
  • Item is materially different from what was described or shown
  • Item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

What can't be returned

  • Anything after 14 days
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Free gifts or samples
  • Fragrance returns due to not liking the scent - this is why we have testers.

How to return

  1. WhatsApp or email us within 14 days with your order number, the item, and what's wrong. Photos/video would be very helpful for both parties. 
  2. We'll review and get back to you within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, we'll send you a Return Authorisation number and the return address
  4. Pack it up and ship it back - we'll process your refund or replacement once we receive it

Shipping costs

  • Our fault → we cover return shipping
  • Change of mind → you cover it

Refunds

  • Back to your original payment method (or store credit/bank transfer if not possible)
  • Takes 7–14 business days depending on your bank
  • Original shipping fee may be deducted for change-of-mind returns (refund issued for the cost of the product only)

Your rights
Under Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999 you're entitled to goods that are fit for purpose, match their description, and are of acceptable quality. Major defect = refund or replacement. Minor fault = repair or replacement.
